Whatever holiday[s] you are celebrating this season, spend some time alone to reflect and meditate on the meaning of your holiday. Read about the history of it, the traditions and browse through a couple kids books about it. You may be very surprised with what you learn!

Do you know what you're singing or why? Do you know where the song (lyrics) originated? 
Holiday music is amazing! Some of the songs are filled with a plethora of symbols, history and stories passed down through the ages. 
The songs are filled with magic, wonder, love and hope. When thinking of the meaning, as you listen or sing along, you'll notice a shift in your energy. Thinking, Being and Focusing on Spirit does shift your vibration.

One of the best things about this time of year are all the wonderful movies, shows and cartoons that celebrate this season. We all have our favorites, that made an impression on us growing up. Revisit some of them. Watch them again. You can have a family and friend holiday night where you watch something and all discuss it. What do you remember about them growing up? What lessons did you take from them and what are you taking from them now? There's so many great lessons and so many classics that we loved when we were children and that one day our grandchildren's children will enjoy.

Spending Time with your Loved Ones

  Enjoy this holiday season by carving out some quiet time for your loved ones. There's so much to do, prepare and get ready for, sometimes we forget how an evening sitting by the fire or a picnic in the sun can fuel and renew our relationships. Taking time out of this busy holiday season can make a huge impact on your enjoyment of it ~ and those around you! 
And, if those you love are not near you, spend time with them on the phone or have some type of digital face-to-face time.
And, a wonderful way to say I'm thinking about you is a handwritten letter or card. And, if you're feeling super adventurous, you can even make them something! It's so exciting to get things in the mail! Send out something small and sweet to a small list of people this year. Guaranteed, you'll brighten their day!
